I would be a first time home buyer, I have no credit, and I am not sure where I would start or start with the hom ebuying process except being paid apporved for a loan, I have my eye on a house that would be perfect so any advice and help would be fantastic!

I was wondering if there is a way to get a first time home buyer loan that would let you get more than the loan to pay off some bills? I was hoping to pay off one credit card I had before we bought a house, but the only way to do that would be to place it into the home loan. Anyways also wondering if VA loans are excellent loans?
