My father is 65+ and owns a plot in our native; he currently does not have any income (no pension as he was self-employed earlier). I work in another city and earn excellent. I am looking for around 8 lacs loan for construction in father’s name (since he owns the plot and I do not want to change it to my name). I am ready to become co-applicant and/or guarantor. Do we get loan for construction?
I am looking to buy a 40,000- 50,000 condominium and was wondering if a home loan so inexpensive will be hard to get.
My credit score is 710, I am self-employed and make 50,000 year. My only debt is a 35,000 car loan with 32,000 left on the balance with 6 years left to go.

I was wondering, as everyone says it is hard to get loan these days, if could be able to get loan. I have very low self employed income for past years. If I was going to buy house for 200K and had income about 700 dollars a month. Would bank give me loan if I place 60K down payment? My grandfather just passed and I inherited the money.
