I was looking up my credit report online and for the questions to make sure I was me I was questioned about mortgage loans in two different years that I know nothing about. I’m renting a apartment and haven’t took out any loans that I can reckon about
Well i am 14 years ancient, and I am thought that (after I grow up), if whether there is a way to make profit by buying an appartment building on mortgage. Then renting the appartens.
My fiance and I are trying to get approved for a home loan, we have been renting for the past 10 months, and the bank requires that the landlord give us there bank proclamation to verify proof of rent.
the landlords are refusing and the bank wont touch us with out them.
Is there anything we can do?
I’m currently in the process of buying a new home and want to keep my current home and rent it out,what i’m frightened of is that who ever i have renting may choose not to pay and i’m stuck paying for 2 mortgages which i can not do i need to know that if for some reason this doe’s happen can the bank come and take my new home and leave me with nothing?
I reckon I found the right person to be my roommate, the problem is that I dont know how much to charge her for rent. I dont know how much people pay when renting just one room. I want to tell her to pay half of the mortgage which would be $500.00. Is this too much? Help please!
