Can I take the entire interest payment as a tax deduction? I was wondering since some of that interest is, in essence, not paying for the mortgage amount, but instead is paying for the cash out amount.
I am trying to get my credit score into the high 700′s within the next few years right now it is in the low 600′s. It was suggested to me to refinance my mortgage. I thought that will drop my score some points. Also I am fine with my monthly payment. I attended a financial honest and this was suggested to me by a advisor.
I know applying for a new line of credit wont increase my score. I was basically asking will it and can it drop my score.
I bought an apartment in 2007 and the mortgage rate for 30 years is 6.5%. I recently went to a bank and they gave me the rate of 4.9% (as of April 09) for refinancing. It seems like Obama’s plot is working which is fantastic. But do you reflect the rate will even go lower? Should I wait longer or surpass to settle now?

I have 24 years left on 30 year mortgage. I am thinking about a home justice loan at a propitious rate, rather than roll in to refinance consolidation. If rates are propitious later this year i may like to refinance 1st mortgage at 15 years. Will home justice loan affect my refinancing even if i am not looking for any cash out.
