I started doing a refinance of my student loans former to Oct 1 but there been a lot of “needing more information” because of thier mistakes and the company is starting to really make me mad.
I wanted to cancel the application and start over. They said if I did that I would not be able to refinance because I have less than 20,000 in debt and the policy changed since Oct. 1.
I just want to know if it is a regime mandate or this companies’?
I am in the Albany N.Y. area. Credit is only average. Need a low (5%) interest rate and a fixed rate. Need all of this soon.
