My ex wife and I bought a 2004 vehicle when we were still married. We separated in 2006, and have been divorced since 11/07. My name is still on the loan documents, even though the divorce settlement says that she has sole possesion of the car. She is constantly late with the payments, and my credit rating is suffering greatly. How can I go about having the court break down her to refinance the vehicle in her name?
