My life is not flashy, though it once was. Today, it feels very drab though. I feel at a loss and alone. I am divorced, holding down a mortgage that until last year was subprime–my state job meant I could refinance and now?–I don’t know what is next in my life, but I am more concerned for those I teach. And Duffy sings in the background “Smashed up hearts hung up to dry. I know it’s incorrect. Hangin’ on too long….” www.petitionspot.com Class – here I use several techniques to argue and persuade. What are they? And what about the end? What does the end say to you–reflect metaphorically again, not factually. tiny.cc

He thinks that we should pay off all that debt and place a smaller down payment down on a home, rather than using all our money for the down payment. I argued that we should not worry TOO much about the credit card debt and take care of it another way, such as re-financing our mortgage in several years and using that cash to pay off the credit card debt (since the interest rate would be much lower). Any suggestions?
