i have lets terrible to ok credit.i tried to do an application with my current mortgage but they told me i couldnt do it because a touch about percents.and they also told me that if they couldnt get me approved no other mortage could ?? who knows if this is right or not.but i was wondering whats a excellent mortgage to refinance.my current mortgage is household finance,.
I have a excellent rate with my first mortage at 4.25 fixed for 15 years. I also have a heloc that is adjustible and is at about 8.5 percent right. I want to refinance the heloc without loosing the rates on the 1st. Is there such a thing?
When I bought the home I wasnt really knowledgeable on how this flexible rate would go up this high I came in paying 900 and now 1300 a month , I am currently on my mortgage but dont know how much longer I will be current , My credit score is currently 602 who will give me better rate,, I trully want to save my credit from being ruin , but I dont know how long I can meet the deprivation of to pay this , am eating ever other day to pay this mortage and dont know how much longer am going to be able to do this .
How much profit should the lender typically make to close the mortage agreement?
The bank that had the mortage that was paid off in 1996 is no longer in business. Plus I cannot locate any documentation stating this loan was paid off. It is no longer on my credit report. Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved?
