I was with EverHome mortgage and I refinanced with Mountain States Mortgage.
The payoff amount was $175,000 and what Mountain states did was that they drew $1,000 from my escrow account with EverHome and used it along with the $174,000 they provided for a total of $175,000 to pay off the loan. Is that legal? I live in Austin, TX.
I owe about 130000 on my house and after all of this mortgage crisis material my house is worth around 110000 I want to refinance but no one will help because I owe more than it is worth. I take home about 2000 a month and my mortgage payment alone is 1076 plus my other bills It is always really tight with money, does anyone have any advice or loop holes to getting refinanced any advice at all would help, Thanks
Just because you refinance doesn’t mean you have to take money out. And if you do have to get money, then take $100.00. I don’t know.
Does anyone know of a website that offers tiny loans which can be re payed in monthly instalments over 3 months. I have seen them before but cant find any now.

I dont want rubbish about credit ratings and that. I just need to borrow some money to get my car repaired asap and id like to pay it off over 3 months rather than all on my next payday or over a year.
I know I’ll qualify for student loans. I’m a working mother and am starting to really freak out. School starts in less than 2 weeks and I can’t get my books because I literally have no money. Is there anything I can do? I’ve called like 100 times but I never get heard beyond the front desk. How long does it usually take to process?
