I had to use the money I saved for books on medical bills. Now I can’t meet the expense of the books til after school starts. I took classes all summer. Can I take a term off without effecting my 6 month period for repaying my loans? How do people do it when they do take the summer off?
my wife and i we bought a house @ 520000.00 but the house next door is on sale for 249000.00 and it’s larger. we got it last year in march 08. people tell said that ill not get help from the bank,they rather have me going on foreclosure that reduce the amount of my loan? is that for real? we are supporting a sick family member with medical bills. never missed a home payment …….yet.
My husband makes pretty excellent money and we are trying to reestablish our credit by making payments on a car. Most of the things on our credit reports are for ancient credit cards that only had low limits and medical bills. We live in a mobile home right now that is supposed to be a buy for program, but the lender closed and sold it to another company and they say they don’t know anything about it. The actual loan is in my husband’s sister’s name, but we make all the payments and even pay the taxes every year on it. We also carry the insurance for it. I don’t know if a home lender would consider this information when we try to appy for a mortgage? We’ve also considered maybe owner financing homes, but we want to live in a rural area and have some acreage and I don’t know if there are many people selling their homes like this in these areas? I hope that someone can help me.
