My brother and I signed a home loan a few years ago before I was married. Now he is engaged and my husband and I want to buy our own house. Once my brother gets married, can we transfer his wife’s name onto that loan in lieu of mine without having to refinance?
i am still the only one on the financing and the house now has unenthusiastic equity, is he still entitled to any part of it?
Hi guys…okay here is the situation. My boyfriend and I just got married in LARS Vegas but we live in LA,Cali. next week we are gonna meet with NACA (with will help us lower my man’s monthly mortgage payments ) should we change our status from single to marriage for process or should we hold on to it.
