Want to get a home loan , Im 20 yrs ancient my credit score is 730 but my husband was married before and his credit is horrible from the divorce he is 24 credit score is 608 but he has 2 charged off accounts on his record. Our monthly yucky income is 7500 right now is it possible to get a home loan with todays credit crunch?
I am being paid divorced.Once my wife was no longer living with me, she was unable to intercept the mail, and the phone calls, and I found out that she had not been paying most of the bills. She also had bounced ALOT of checks. I have been working to get things paid off, and only have one $7500 hospital bill that I didn’t find out about untill the hospital sued me. I have set up a payment plot with the lawyers. Needless to say my credit report isn’t pretty. I make about $50,000 a year, and I am wondering if there are any loan programs that would take into account my situation and my efforts to pay my outstanding debts. I want to be able to buy a home for me and my children, and would appreciate any info I could get.
By the way, If you are wondering how this all happened to me, it is a long tale that involves drugs on my wife’s part, and a whole lot of denial on my part.

For example, cars that are owned and the owner cant meet the expense of to take up again making those payments and would love to get rid of it> want to have someone whos interested in that car and would take over payments in their own name. affair that is setup for people who need cars and for people to get out of cars that they cant meet the expense of anymore.
