I have just expected a collection for $250 from a previous landlord of over 3 years former. This landlord also kept my entire deposit at the time. According to the Colorado Statute of Limitations, can he come after me for this debt out of the blue 3 years later?
Has anyone else had this? Do you know what the inspection will entail?? Are they going to look in cupboards and closets etc? I am running around trying to make sure everything is clean…I am panicing a small, How long do these normally take?

I just found out that the landlord is trying to do a small sale. Is there any way for me to find out if he has been making any partial payments for mortgage or if he just hasn’t been paying at all? I reflect the house is financed with WAMU.
We have been displaced from our home since August 8, 2004. We really wanted to refinance one of our loans a year or so ago, but did not due to the situation. We are quick approaching the date where are ARM rate will expire and we must refinance. Any Suggestions?

my landlord tried entering my apartment without telling us, but was unsuccessful. they told us that an insurance agency needed to come in because they were trying to refinance their mortgage. we are verrry suspicious of them selling the house behind our backs. i was wondering if this is normal. thanks
