I despised being a loan officer so I took a loan processing course online & got my certificate. Now, I’ve been looking for work with no results. There are hardly any entry level positions because most of these companies want experience in this field. Also, it seems the mortgage jobs have slowed down since the summer started. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does anyone reckon mortgage jobs such as loan processing will pick up soon?
My husband and I got approved for a 90,000 usda loan and we found a home we are going to place an offer in for 75,000 but he just recently altered jobs. He makes a small bit more and it’s more hours I’m just wondering if the underwriters can change their minds about the loan.
My credit score is around 530 and My husbands is around 630. I have charge offs from 2005 (that will be on my credit report until 2012)
We both have excellent jobs and bring home around 7000 together each month. We also have around 30,000 saved up for a down payment.
Since our income is decent, and we have a down payment (more than 10%) is it likely we will be able to find a home loan for a new home?
I just graduated with a Master’s degree. I’m under the impression that certain jobs will forgive your student loans. Does anyone have any info on this?
I heard a long time ago that Teach for America forgives loans, but they had their funding cut…
I am in the middle of getting a home loan, and I have been offered a really excellent job in the process. I want to know if there are any rules about quitting your job within a certain timeframe of gettting a loan, and if your loan can be nullified from doing so, since the loan will be approved based off the salary of my current job.
