I am in the process of looking to buying a home in the near future, the only thing is my current employer is the Dept. of Experienced person Affairs, and my employment status is called a term employee. They say the term can be anywhere between 13 and 48 months, and also possibly turn in to a touch permanent, do you reckon this status will affect me being able to get a loan?
