Also, we have to stay with our current mortgage holder because we do not have enough equity to go elsewhere or I would of. The company is dragging their feet to refinance us under Freddie Mac up to 105% of what is owed and what our house is worth. We refinanced our previous home years ago within 3 weeks we were done. What action should I take? Any help would be appreciated!

We tried to refinance our mortgage thru the Make Your Home Affordable Plot but were told that since Fannie Mae held the servicing we had to have enough income to qualify plus our income to debt ratio had to be low….but if the servicing was held thru Freddie Mac we would not have meet those supplies. The mortgage company said the Fannie Mae would eventually stay on suit….but when?? Does anyone know?
