Much to my dismay, I am part of the foreclosure convergence. After 2 years of perfect payments on rent and car loan, my score has crept up to a 670. Would it be possible to obtain a home loan with a friend who has a 720+ credit score.
I have seen in some cases and heard in more where people are looking to get out of their home loan, or instead of facing a foreclosure just have someone take over the payments and the house. Does anyone know where I could maybe find this information. I am in the Northern Virginia area and looking for sometihng around here.
