I would be a first time home buyer, I have no credit, and I am not sure where I would start or start with the hom ebuying process except being paid apporved for a loan, I have my eye on a house that would be perfect so any advice and help would be fantastic!
I am a first time home buyer and I want to take advantage of a home justice loan at the same time or immediately after being paid my first home loan. Although I am being paid a loan for the full amount of the cost of the house, the house has been appraised for more than I am buying it for, so I believe there should be some justice there, right? Can I take out a home justice loan or home justice line of credit at the same time as my home loan?
I was approved for 120,000 loan for a mobile home and land. What are the chances that I might be approved thru a real estate agency/bank? For a real home? My credit is NOT very excellent. I live in Texas. I need any info you have, I appreciate your time. I am a FIRST time home buyer.Also, I will have about 15,000 as a down payment.
