I’m in the process of buying a home and have been preapproved for the loan. Will refianancing my RV to a lower rate affect my credit in any way? My average score of the three credit agencys is approximatly 780.
Current loan: fixed at 6.25% 30 years. Credit rating: honest. I want to lower my monthly payments. I know the longer span will result in more interest paid, but I need cash flow… I don’t want to need to borrow money.
In a few years, my husband and I want to start looking for a home. My credit is okay..His is probably pretty excellent. I’d like to find something with low interest rates, and something that wouldn’t require high closing costs but still have a decent monthly payment. We live in the Inner, IL area. im not sure if the mortgage companies are surpass or the banks?everytime i tried to call them, they are very keen to get my financial details which i dont mind, but giving out my social security on the phone has always been an issue to me. is it safe? which gives surpass rates? i need serious answers please.
when you are trying to get the best rate, you try to go to different credit companies. does it affect your credit rating, since they inquire your credit history?
I have $7,000 in debt and I have heard about debt consolidation. Does this negatively affect your credit rating? Do you get to choose how much you pay monthly or is there a set amount they make you pay? I live in Canada, if that matters.
