I went from building 350k a year with my x to barely skimming with a heavy load of cc debt. Is there hope? I need to consult with someone who understands how to relieve debt and possibly help me to get back on the excellent financial train? I may be owed tax monie’s. I’m in a slump.
I bought my house in 2008 with a rate of 6.75% (I believe they ripped me off, my credit was excellent). I hear rates are lower now. MY credit is about 735. I have about 6000 in credit card debt. Should i pay it off now before I refinance?
Just had a major surgery and racked up some major credit card debt while being out of work. Just looking to see where I could start now that I am going back to work.
I don’t reckon it was the credit card debt collector’s place or position to tell my former care for mom how much debt I owe. I’m a grown female with a college degree, & the care for mom has nothing to do with my finances. & then she used it against me & threw it in my face & made me feel terrible. I fell into debt as a result of Hurricane Katrina & had distress getting out, ever since. & then, the care for mom tried to tell me I need to learn how to manage my money. I already do. I just have an unfortunate situation that I’m dealing with right now.
I’ve stopped paying on numerous credit cards for over a year. Is there any way to find out who bought the debt? I now have the money needed to pay these companies back.
Too terrible I didn’t have a house, otherwise the Democrats would have paid for it.
