We are looking to buy a mobile home in Canada, we own the land already, but my husband hasn’t been working at one job long enough at his job to qualify with banks without a cosigner. We have excellent credit – and a fantastic deal on a new mobile home if we can just find a place to finance the mobile home buy for us. Any thoughts other than Citifinance?
Will that take the cosigner off the loan agreement?
I owe much more on my mobile home than what I could sell it for… does anyone know a way to roll it over into a regular home loan,, im sick of this place!!

The park doesnt allocate subleasing and i dont have the credit to get a loan to pay off the difference. Ijust want out from this..i dont want to have it hanging over my head.

I know the student loans cover living expenses, but I’m not sure if they’ll cover the bare minimum or the extra money it costs to upgrade to a single dorm as opposed to a double [which has a roommate].
Just to toss this out there for future reference, confidential loans aren’t really an option as most require a cosigner and I don’t have anyone to cosign.
