i’m trying to refinance my home my closing date was on the end of september and i have an fha loan my first payment on my new loan is on november i want to know why i have to pay my october payment to the title company if i was told there was not going to be any out of my pocket expences on this refinancing isn;t closing cost and all expences all included on the loan
How long does it take for a home loan to go through once you have been preapproved and found the house and signed the contract? They got the closing date scheduled in a month i just dont want to start packing untill I know everythings a donr deal.
This is my first time buying a home, and the closing date has been set for 9/21. I want to know when I should hear a touch about whether I am approved for the loan or not. I am nervous and can’t sleep due to worrying about it. I have signed all the ID for the loan, and gave the loan officer the insurance company info for the homeowners insurance, and I have the home picked out and the owner and I have agreed on a price. All I am waiting for is approval.
