I have been talking to Chad Cappiello of Ascent Home Loans for a home modification.He called me,I don’t know where he got my number,anyway I need to know If I am not falling into a scam or fraud.I am supposed to give him $300 to start my paper work on 10-26 or 10-27-09.Please help
