I am buying a flat with HomeBuy Direct scheme. I have got a mortgage offer from a bank last week. I want to know how long it will take normally for remaining process of buying (eg. HomeBuy agent document, solicitor, contract exchange) before I can in fact go in?

Anyone having bought a home thru HomeBuy Direct recently can give advice? I need to plot my home moving date…
