I am trying to find a home loan but i dont have excellent credit my score is pretty low and i dont have much of a down payment does anyone know of any place i could look to mabey get a home loan in florida? I am new to the whole process and dont know what to look for a lot of places say terrible credit is ok but you have to have at least a 600 credit score?? I dont know where to look any longer.

went terrible? Reckon about it, a person who trades in a car worth $4500 or less and then is forced to buy a new car. Now if they could only meet the deprivation of a car worth $4500 today, how are they going to meet the deprivation of the payments and insurance on a new car tomorrow? A few possibly, but how many people got into risky loans, loans they could not meet the deprivation of, just like the home mortgage mess, because it sounded like the government was nearly giving you a car. Do you reckon a part of these loans are risky and will go terrible, just like the home mortgage loans?
