I refinanced in Jan owing to a mortgage adviser. The adviser verbally said that I cannot refinance again for 3 months. The rates went lower and I refinanced again in April end. The first bank is asking for reimbursement of 5k. It turns out the papers I signed said that I should not refinance again in 120 days. I refinanced in 103 days.
