hi i am plotting to buy a house in chennai.i saw a small part of land abt 720 sq ft,a house is also build on that,but i was a very ancient house.can i get home loan for that.what are the documents required if i need to buy that house.my take home is near 30k.

Hi, I am trying to find a excellent credit renovate company to get a home loan. I have spoken to someone at Performance Financial Solutions and Homepointe Financial? Anyone have any experience with either one? Are they scams? Thanks in advance! 
Are there any grants out there to help those of us who want to buy a home but do not have the 5k or more to place down as a down payment? I have seen some sites but they all cost to apply. Those sound a small fishy. Any help or advice is appreciated.
We had to file bankruptcy, keeping the house , our house payment is $1708 monthly, The bankruptcy chapter 13 is $901 monthly. Now our income is lower and we are slowly being paid behind we are looking for any way to lower the payment. Any serious advice appreciated.
