Why is regime trying to bail out fannie & freddie & the greedy home owners who are facing foreclosure? I lived & owned my home for past 10 years without greed & safe while all my acquaintances refinanced to do their 50k renovation, buy a luxury cars & buy their 2nd & 3rd homes who are also facing foreclosures right now. ***** them. They are the ones who got into the mess in the first place. Let them dig themselves out of it.
I took 42 lacs loan, three years back from a confidential bank. Till date I have paid 20 lacs. To my surprise they cut only 7 lacs from principal amount and I end up paying 13 lacs as interest rate. My EMI is INR 53858.00. I took that loan for 10 years. Is there is anything incorrect? Please express your expertise.
or refinancing a car?
i know it has something to do with being paid a lower interest, but like let’s say you’re 10 years into paying you house on a 30 year loan and you refinance, do you start over? do you owe 30 years worth again???

I’m trying to sell my home, but it seems an unexpected mortgage comes up on the title check. That mortgage has been paid off over 10 years ago, and I place of protection’t been paying any mortgage since then. The mortgage company that held the mortgage has been sold and bought numerous times by other companies and I’m having distress trying to get verification for the buyers that the mortgage has been paid. I need to do this quick so the buyers don’t back out. What can I do?
I’m looking to buy a condo for the first time and am confused by all the loan options. If I plot on living there 5-10 years, is a 10 year fixed loan best? What about interest only? 30 year fixed seems safest but is also very expensive monthly! Help! I want a safe loan but an affordable one too. Thanks!
