  1. MSNBC is ignoring the real issues with John Perkins, they’re trying to steer the conversation towards Wall Road and away from EHM activites which caused this mess. This is because MSNBC is part of the corporatocracy themselves.

Although, I’m surprised that they even had him on! Possibly this is a sign of change!

  2. We need to stop USA corporations from stealing Latin America natural resources and to stop them from attacking democratically elected presidents.

  3. The thought of a corporate charter that is renewable only if it is evidently socially and environmentally ethical is being well place forward by the Network of Spiritual Progressives — check it out!

  4. I like the thought of bringing back the concept of the corporate charter, or at very least make them blamed for their actions. It’s bizarre that corporations have the rights as individuals and that must change.

  5. Fantastic segment, John Perkins has fantastic thoughts. Read his books.

  6. I’m so tired of these talking heads on tv. Who place a quarter in this guy??? He blabbers away for over half the interview. Perkins can barely get his points across, while the other guy lulls both him and the viewers to sleep with nonsense. Possibly thats his job…

  7. He isnt a self described economic hitman as if he named himself that.Thats what they call guys like him when he did what he did.His book Confesions of an Economic Hitman is an Awesome book!! Every American citizen should read it!!!!Its an eye opener!!!

  8. Where does he say Al Gore invented the internet ?

  9. I don’t know your logic. “How can anyone call themselves a professional journalist”? do you really need an answer to that question?
And they call themselves “teabaggers” I reckon it’s their own fault – it’s a pretty obvious reference. And It is not a legitimate passage – it started out that way, but has morphed into a corporate dog and pony show financed by the higher-ups in order to ***** regular people out of excellent health care. Go yet to be and assess the guy, but have a touch real

  10. Look. Three months ago this guy was saying that the fed was really trustworthy. Now he has flipped the script real quick. He said gitner and bernake were geniuses. He believes al gore invented the INTERNET. Come on man. He is a clown predestined for the stage. Taxed enough already. Tea… How can anyone call them selves a professional journalist. He makes **** jokes on inhabitant tv about a legitimate American passage. down with mainstreem media. The hit-man is honest.

  11. Personally, I’d be pleased to see Lloyd Blankfiend and his family burned alive. They are scum, and, as far as I’m concerned, have ceded their claim to the species.

  12. This guy is a dope. Have a panel of select citizens dictate the fate of where money can be invested????? I wonder who will be on that panel?? Can you say the clintons, gores, goldman sachs honchos, and the rest of the slimeball this countries offers????? This guy is so incorrect I dont even know how he could write a book. You dont regulate more to fix this problem. You dont bail anyone out. Case clogged. Capitalism needs risk and the govt has to get out of the way. A 5 year ancient can map this out.

  13. 3:47 on.

Exactly, pure capitalism is NOT built into this republic, and our constitution reflects that. Our financial logic is just an overlay, and a means to exchange goods and services. Corporations are the same. Therefore, government should mostly stay out of the free market, and capitalism should stay out of our government.

  14. Aloha from Hawai’i,
We here in occupied Hawai’i are no strangers to insider greed. Ever since the US salivated over what was to become Pearl Harbour; and there were pearls there just like Tahiti- until silt and services trash killed the oysters, and haole sons of missionaries forced the King by stranglehold tariffs and threat of death to give it to the Americans, and accept their Bayonet” Constitution. Further, shortly under the excuse of yet another war, again putting Hawai’i in harms way WW2.

  15. Like Goldman Sachs, they made me so much money. get rich you have to go with the criminals, be an insider.

  16. greed runs the world. Risk keeps greed in check. Eliminate the genteel market mechanism of risk and you let greed run free without it’s counterpart. So, to say greed is the culprit is very superficial and unintelligent. You are greedy, as am I and everyone else who wants to get more for their buck while doing less. Deny this and you deny reality. So, attack the disease and not the symptoms. The government is who gives us this perceived safety while at the same time eliminating the risk factor…

  17. Perkins is right on. It all starts with leadership and their greed. Change that and you change the world.

  18. You don’t need the federal government to accomplish those equipment. A free market will choose what works best!

  19. John perkins was on MSM!!!!!

  20. What has he lied about?

  21. Fantastic book hood winked. But this journalist, i do not trust him. He has been lying to us. Now he wants to report real news. He is a con man. Look out for him. What will he lie about next.

  22. total BS tyranny
