a week ago I contacted my bank to request a copy of my closing documents since I dont remeber where I placed them, they sent me a letter saying that there are sorry but they have not copy of this ID, how do this affect me?

It means you better find your copies. Just because they do not have them does not mean thy lost them, they just sent them to their legal department. Now you cannot prove what you signed so you cannot prove if anything is not right as far as interest, etc. You will need them in the future – these ID are very vital. Start looking.
call the title company who did the closing and question for another set of documents. they probably will charge you a fee but that is fine.
Your bank would not keep copies, it has no effect on you, it was never their job to keep them.
You are the only one with a complete set, other people only have pieces of it. None are obligated to give you additional copies.
The one person who force have a copy is your RE agent.
