i have student loans but there deferred right now and i was never late on a pmnt for them. well in fact i never got to make a pmnt. im so upset and baffled cause like 4 mnths ago i got a letter telling me about it and i was expecting it july 11th HELP PLEASE

As long as you are not in default on your students, you should get the rebate.
Just having student loans does not disqualify you.
Only if your in defult they have the right to take your taxes, not only that they can lein your checks (and will) or take money straight out of a bank account without asking (and will). It has happened to my sister. Point is never be in default lol
Sure, you’re OK. The stimulus payment would only be taken if your loans were in default status.
