Does anyone in South Africa know whether the cost of buying a house will be rising or decreasing by next year? Need to know when the right time will be to buy a house and Ill wait a bit longer if prices are going to decrease.Only answer if you in fact know what you’re talking about!
Hi there I just bought a house in Bryanston, yes the prices will continue to rise and the banks know this so are quite willing to give loans. Standard bank gave me the best interest rate but of course you should try all. As a tip question a person in real estate not related in anyway to the place your interested in and question if they reckon it is a excellent location and how the market is for that area. Good luck
