If anyone in this situation got a loan from a dependable company and can recommend that will be fantastic. Thanks.
Well any company who is willing to give a chance for someone with excellent income but credit gone terrible due to past issues. There is a house we like going very cheap and need the help. If any lenders out there or anyone used lenders who helped those with terrible credit please let me know. Thanks
Your going to need at least 20% down, no matter who you use and your interest rate going be double.
Try Countrywide Mortgage Lending Group
If your a first time home buyer FHA allows you to have a pretty low credit score as long as you have stable work history, no open collections on your credit and 3% down.
FHA would require, as accurately stated, for you to pay any open collections. The other program you can try is “My Community,” which most major lenders today offer.
Countrywide is no more
