I can’t get approved for a homeloan because I have no INcome, but i have decent credit. Excellent enough to get a home loan.
My husband can’t get approved for a homeloan b/c his scores are a few points lower than what they will accept for a credit score. but he has the income to get a loan..
Any suggestions on what to do next?
Keep renting until his scores improve. Home prices are not rising so you are not missing out.
