I cant count how many times Ive played this tune in my head while cruising down the road on my cycle. Open air, freedom, and a excellent day on my bike just brings this to mind. Excellent material, well done Mr Fogerty!

Please keep in mind that back in 1969 this was considered top notch guitar playing – the style is in the form of a musical balad and is considered a classic – you may not like this style of music but songs like this is a fore runner to much modern rock
