i am looking to get a home loan and my score is 691 and all i have is a car payment of 385 a month. i make about 37,000 a year and my wife who has terrible credit makes 25,000 a year would we be able to get a loan for a home by the way my wife has terrible credit.
Do you have to have a down payment? Please give me any information you have dealing with VA home loans or suggestions, advice, experiences.
I am looking to refinance from a conventional to FHA loan coming from 8.75 to 6.375. But, I don’t pay MIP because I place down 20%. Can they still charge MIP if I stay under 80% LTV?
I’m not in distress with my payments…yet. But my interest rates are higher then whats available today, and i’m in the 3rd year of a 5 year interest only arm. Do I have to wait until I am in financial distress to get a lower rate? i’ve lost value on my home. i paid 165,000 and it is now worth around 110,000.
I want to sell the house, but don’t reckon it is doable with current market. Also, 1 house has been on sale for 6 months with only 1 interested person. There are 4 houses that are lease houses, not sure the $$ for each to lease. I was going to lease to my mother-in-law to be for smaller amount than what mortgage is currently.
