I saw a site last year that had people willing to make tiny loans for people…does anyone know what site that is?

It was people loaning money to others for equipment like tiny investments or taking board exams….so on and so forth.

It’s not a financial institution or related to the finance industry…it’s just people building loans to others without the hullabaloo most folks have to go through.

Please only legal professionals answer. No guessing or opinions from anyone not knowing the LAW. I have a collection agency calling my husbands workplace, and now my workplace and my name isn’t even on whatever collection they are trying to make. We refinanced and paid all bills off obviously there is some issue with someone.

What Affect Does a Larger Down Payment Have on Mortgage Payments?

I’m in the first steps of buying a condo, and I’m a bit baffled as to what a larger/smaller down payment in fact does to the mortgage payment. In all of the mortgage payment calculators I’ve gone to online, rising or decreasing the down payment has no effect on the monthly payment and only decreases the term. I am baffled because I set the term to 30 years, but its still changing the life of the loan.
