Observably I know the person’s credit is screwed up for 7 years.
I want to know if there is any other legal proceedings that can be taken against that person, or their primary home which never misses a payment.

I live in California, and I just refinance my mortgage. I found out that the mortgage processing company made about 1.2% commission of the loan amount. How much can a loan agent make? If the loan is $1 million, the agent could make $10k for just one loan. Is it the case?
I am in a terrible loan where my payment goes up in Oct/2009. I am looking for a way to either refinance or get out of this loan but have been unsuccessful due to the market being so terrible. I’ve tried talking to our bank for a loan modification but apparently don’t qualify due to our surplus income. Our credit is fantastic and if it wasn’t for this declining market, we’d be able to refinance without any problems. Does anyone know of anything I can do????
