What Are My Options on a High Interest Rate on a Car Loan, My Credit Is Not Good, So Refinancing Is Impossible
My credit is honest and the banks won’t refinance my car loan wich is now @ 24.95%, this is too high for me. i need to know what happens is i turn the car in or what other options do i have?

I’ve recently had to become voluntary bankrupt and I need to no if anyone out there will help me to refinace or a confidential lender will be able to help me with a loan, I am a single mum work full time and earn $52,000 annually. I was left with debt and also a car that is leased but have a balloon of $21,000 to pay out i am desperate to pay this out, is there any help for me I am willing to pay as higher interest rate and I also need this this loan for 5 years please can anyone help me.

Question About the Treasury Dept’s Efforts to Freeze Adjustable Mortgage Rates?
I do not know why the Treasury Department has to step in to negotiate the freezing of mortgages rates.
Why cant the banks/mortgage companies use their own discretion by doing it themselves?
You would reflect it would make excellent affair sense to freeze the rate and having a mortgagee continuing paying the mortgage than having the loan forclosed altogether…
An explanation to why these companies are not already doing this would be caring. Thanks.
