This is a Dutch (Netherlands) documentary from 2005. It is about a ‘Worst Case’ scenario where speculation on the currency exchange market plus a significant sell-off of dollars from a hedge fund cause a chain reaction in the market, the economy and the biased system. I uploaded it as it is silent astonishing what similarities the ‘expected’ events have – with what we have seen in the past months since the sub-fill in mortgage market ruined loose. Manufacturing (global economy/trade) came to an near grinding halt. And what we see right now (or will see) with quantitative easing/low interest rates in the US&UK or the debates what is the right and what is incorrect approach. And what biased tension it can make (as we have seen in the discussions and comments at Davos Jan 09).

How Do I Remove One Person from a Mortgage, and Add Another?

My boyfriend and I are being paid married in a year. He and his brother own a house. His brother wants to go, and we want to stay. How do I get the brother off the house and pay him his share of the justice, without holding up his credit to buy another property, and stop us from having to pay a higher mortgage, or higher taxes?
isn’t there a way to get out of refinancing? Like filing a quit claim, or something?

Can Mortgage Company Force You to Take PMI on Your Current Mortgage?
I’m being laid off at the end of this month. I want to refinance my house before that happens. If the mortgage company finds out I’m being laid off, the refinance will be denied. If they then deny it, can they force me to add PMI insurance to my current 30-yr fixed mortgage since they would be attentive (1) I’m unemployed and (2) given the drop in my home’s value I have less than 20% justice?
