I only receive Social Security income plus about $400,00 a month from a person I rent a room to. Will a lender count this as income for refinancing purposes? I have brilliant credit – no late mortgages and excellent cash reserves. I need to get rid of an adjustable mortgage.
Are there fees that that make the refinancing not worth it? Is there any guarentee that no fine print exisists that will surprise the customer in the future?

I simply cannot seem to find legitimate information on becoming a mortgage adviser in California. Many of the web sites that purport to have information really share very small of anything and some are just unadorned frauds. I’d like to find information on mortgage adviser training and maybe information on finding a school (preferably Los Angeles) where I can get training on becoming a mortgage adviser.
