i’m trying to refinance my home my closing date was on the end of september and i have an fha loan my first payment on my new loan is on november i want to know why i have to pay my october payment to the title company if i was told there was not going to be any out of my pocket expences on this refinancing isn;t closing cost and all expences all included on the loan
I have a car loan that I want to refinance. Here is the problem…my bank that I am financing through is about 100 miles away from my home and they say that I have to physically come to the bank in order to refinance there. Is it possible for me to take my current loan and refinance at a credit union/bank that is only 2 miles away from home or does it have to stay at the current bank?

Ok someone I know is refinancing their mortgage. I have done it before but it has been years since I have refinanced. They told this person they needed a copy of tax return from last year. So they got this. Now they want a W2. The W2 is nowhere to be found. Just wondering why they need this when they have the tax return in front of them.
It is a friend of theirs and the tax information should show that. It is just really weird.
They are not the servicer, but they are the shareholder of the loan. I’m current. They took tax payer dollars to stay afloat. I believe they should help me.
We refinanced in Feb 2010, but now we could go down another 1%. Does it make significance? Or would the fees outweigh the benefits?
